I am starting this weight loss blog too help push me back to my pre-baby body.
My goal is to get back down to 145 pounds by June 1st.
I am currently 205 pounds. I was 214.6 pounds before by baby was born.
I have 60 pounds to lose by June. That means I must lose 10-20 pounds a month. I have done 10-15 pound weight loss before the baby was born, so I know I can do it.
I will be weighing in every day in the morning.
I will work out every day.
I will count every calorie.
I will lose this weight.
I will be hot again. I will be a hot mommy!
