weight loss check up

A little update. I am currently down to 188 pounds. I've lost 26 pounds since March 18th when I gave birth to my little baby girl.

i will measure myself again tomorrow and post the results.

I have been intaking an average of 1200-1600 calories a day. I am also breastfeeding and cleaning the house like crazy everyday. I am waiting for the weather to get a little warmer so I can starting running outside with my little girl. I can't wait to use my Quinny stroller outdoors. It doubles as a jogger!

Todays Stats

Weigh in 197.2 (Just one pound lost overnight, not bad though)
Will post calorie intake and work out later tonight.

Today my mom is coming into town with her Fiancée to meet her granddaughter! I am so excited to see my mom and wish I was back to my normal size already but I did just give birth to my baby one week ago... I have lost 17 pounds so far and am happy about that. I am getting closer and closer to my 140 goal weight by June 1st. I want to look awesome for my moms wedding!!!

Thursdays stats

Thursday's Weigh in: 198 ( I lost 4 pounds overnight!)
Thursday's Calorie intake: 1840 calories
Work out: cleaning the house for 3 hours, crunches before bed 10 minutes worth.

Work out: Breastfed baby, Cleaned house for 3 hours straight as well as off an on all day. Yoga 10-15 minutes.

A Brand New Mommy!

I am a brand new mommy as of March 18th, 2010 at 9:45am. I gave birth to my little angel Chloe and am now the proudest and happiest women I have ever been! My husband and I are so happy to be parents and want to provide the best life for our little girl.

I am starting this weight loss blog too help push me back to my pre-baby body.


My goal is to get back down to 145 pounds by June 1st.

I am currently 205 pounds. I was 214.6 pounds before by baby was born.

I have 60 pounds to lose by June. That means I must lose 10-20 pounds a month. I have done 10-15 pound weight loss before the baby was born, so I know I can do it.

I will be weighing in every day in the morning.
I will work out every day.
I will count every calorie.
I will lose this weight.
I will be hot again. I will be a hot mommy!
